SIRELOC
experiment in progress
You rent out a furnished holiday let. Since France’s loi Le Meur, the rules vary from town to town: registration, day caps, change of use, compensation, energy rating… They are scattered across municipal PDFs, and the summaries online contradict each other.
In six questions, SIRELOC tells you which rules apply to your property. Every point cites the official text it comes from and the date it was checked. Sources are monitored continuously, and a human reviews every change before it is published.
Not legal advice. Information you can trust.
SIRELOC — Know the rule.
Hypothesis
The rules are local, they change often (sometimes because a court overturns them), and missing one is costly: fines go up to €100,000 per dwelling. Owners need a single source that is verifiable and up to date.
