RIP. Lessons learned.

First attempt. Killed deliberately after 3 months.

Why it was an idea

Initial pitch: to be completed.

Why it died

To be completed with an honest post-mortem. The manifesto says “failure is data” — might as well stick to it.

What I kept

• Code still lives on private GitHub, sometimes useful as reference.
• Part of the design system got recycled for this site.
• The conviction that I should test a mini-prototype before committing 3 months.
